Delivery Policy

UK and USA:

Deliveries are every Tuesday and Friday.

UK: Please check your email for a delivery time and APC Pinpoint tracking link.

USA: Please check your email for a Fedex tracking number and link.

Please ensure someone is home on the day of delivery to accept the parcel, we cannot be held liable for any parcel which could not be delivered as there was no one home to accept it.

Due to unforeseen circumstances a consignment might be held at the sorting hub and will be delivered the following day; however this is extremely rare.

All orders are sent in special insulated boxes containing gel packs and are safe for up to 48 hours if unopened.

It is essential that you thoroughly inspect all products, production and expiry dates at time of delivery; and refrigerate them immediately.



Kuwait:

Food boxes are dispatched and delivered daily expect Friday, delivery time is between 8am and 1pm
