Deliveries are made every Monday and Thursday.

Deliveries are made every Tuesday and Friday.

Bank Holiday Weeks
Deliveries are made every Wednesday and Friday.

Delivery Notifications

You will receive an email from our delivery partner with your estimated delivery time and tracking information.

Please ensure that the email address associated with your account is correct and monitored regularly.

Receiving Your Delivery

Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to accept the parcel on the day of delivery.

Gastrolicious cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries where no one is available to receive the parcel, where access to the property is restricted, or where incorrect delivery information has been provided.

Delivery Delays

In rare circumstances beyond our control, a parcel may be delayed at a courier sorting facility and delivered the following day.

While we work closely with our delivery partners to minimise delays, delivery dates and times cannot be guaranteed.

Packaging and Food Safety

All orders are shipped in specially insulated packaging containing chilled gel packs.

When left unopened, our packaging is designed to keep products chilled and safe during transit for up to 48 hours.

Upon delivery, customers should:

Inspect all products immediately;
Check product condition;
Check production and expiry dates; and
Refrigerate all meals as soon as possible.

Proper refrigeration and storage of products after delivery are the responsibility of the customer.
